As a leadership trainer and coach, Volker Ballueder draws on his extensive international knowledge of over 15 years working with C-Levels and senior management teams. He held several managerial positions in Business Strategy Coaching, Business Development and Marketing & Sales.

When developing leadership, Volker focuses on a mix of topics and techniques to deliver those. His extensive research on leadership theory, mindfulness and coaching, combined with hands-on experience leading big international teams, gives him a unique perspective. This allows him to deliver training to teach leadership theory, yet also allowing leaders enough space to develop their own style and put it into practise, hand-holding for as long as it is needed.


To get the most out of your people and organisation, and to really drive innovation and sustainable leadership in your organisation, we tailor-make all programmes. Ideally we start with an 8-12 week course on leadership skills and theory which teaches the leadership group an understanding of core skills to manage themselves and others. The best leaders are the ones that focus on their inside awareness, are outside focused, connect well with others, and lead from the front. Understanding the leadership theory is one thing, using the tools is another.

The best results are obtained by having an accompanied coaching programme, to put the theory into context with 1-2-1 sessions. 

For smaller groups, or groups with varied experience, we can tailor-make shorter or more intensive programmes.
